Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining databases
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
-Entering Accounts Receivable payments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel, Quickbooks
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Knowledge of order entry processes
- Previous experience administrative support roles preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with visitors, callers, and colleagues
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
