We are looking for a working partner in our already established dinner, music and full bar pub in Durango.
Ideal Candidate:
Super motivated and experienced Breakfast and Brunch chef with at least 10 years of experience.
Ability to work well with others, communicate effectively and keep a clean workspace.
Ability to put up an investment of 10-20k. Negotiable with some combination of sweat equity. We need somebody who is serious and wants to invest in the long term
Main Goal:
We want to create the best breakfast experience in town. We have restaurant facilities and a full bar/liquor license in hand as well as a 2000sqft. back patio and an established lunch and dinner menu and program.
The ideal candidate would want to plug into our existing facilities with their own expertise, ambition and be willing to take some risk on developing demand for their unique products.
