Reports to the Executive Sous Chef and Room Chef and is responsible for overseeing cooks, and helps the Chefs cooks with the production responsibilities, and must have a complete knowledge of all recipes and procedures in all stations. In addition, is responsible for all food preparation by the line and the cooks underneath them. In addition, must make sure that all food orders are prepared correctly, consistently, and in a timely manner. Finally a Sous Chef will help the management team maintain all standards including department, recipe, uniform, attendance, and Dept. wide policies.
