Description: This individual will act as the first line of defense for user level interactions and issues. This position will be primarily supporting users in person, secure phone, email, or instant message (IM). This position will be customer facing, so refined customer service skill, in addition to IT skills is a must for this position. You must be comfortable with diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with remote users on a daily basis.
