Lenoch Construction performs new residential builds and remodels based in the Arkansas Valley.
We are seeking 1-2 carpenters for a project near Salida that will involve demolition, foundation and framing. The rough period for this job will be limited to Nov 1 to around Christmas time. Additional work may be offered beyond term.
TRANSPORTATION, DRIVERS LICENSE , EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL TOOLS ARE REQUIRED.
Requirements:
- Responsibilities including but not limited to demolition, rough and trim carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- May include job site clean up, material pick up and transport, trash transport to the dump, etc.
- Ability to lift and transport 50+ lb. materials
- Papers and legal status- W-2 and I-9 completion is required for employment
- Starting pay $30/hr, depending on experience
