We own a 2-bed/2-bath condo steps from Lake Dillon and need an on-the-ground co-host while we travel abroad.

Listing is fully booked and housekeeping/handyman are already in place.
What you’ll handle:
Ad Hoc Guest messaging & 24 hr emergency contact
Communicating with Housekeeping if necessary re: Restocking supplies/fixing broken items
Coordinate handyman or vendor access if needed (digital lockbox)
Time demand: <1 hrs per stay; averages 5-6 stays/month
Pay: $300/mo
Must-haves: Summit County residency, smartphone, reliable vehicle, customer-service mindset.
Nice-to-haves: Prior STR/hotel experience,
