We’re looking for a licensed, hands-on Real Estate Assistant to take ownership of the entire listing process—from initial prep and staging to launch and closing coordination. This is a field-based position serving properties across Summit County with occasional administrative work.
You’ll play a critical part in both the presentation and performance of our listings—from staging setup to client and agent communication. We need someone who can juggle multiple tasks and personalities, stay organized under pressure, and step in wherever needed with a positive, can-do attitude.
Your attention to detail, client-focused mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities will help ensure every listing meets the highest standard. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and takes pride in supporting clients, agents, and the team behind the scenes.
If you're a self-starter who’s passionate about real estate, loves variety in their day, and is looking to grow within the industry—we want to hear from you.
