Our company is looking to fill the role of Administrative Assistant data entry bookkeeping with the following list of qualifications. Please stop into our office to apply for the position or email your resume.
$25-28hr DOE + benefits
Responsibilities:
Front office daily operations, 8-5 M-F open and close office, check emails and voicemails, report issues, check mailbox, sign for packages, order office supplies, inventory cleaning supplies. Clean office as needed. Anticipate the needs of others to help ensure a seamless workflow and a positive experience.
Handling office tasks, such as filing in boxes or Dropbox, answering /screening phone calls, checking voicemail and routing them to the appropriate party. Reply to email and forward to proper department.
Providing support to all employees, owners, upper management for conduct of daily operations as Human resources. Knowledgeable with state laws and handbook procedures. Maintain polite and professional communication in person, via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Qualifications:
Notary Public (or obtain cert.)
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks
MUST be Computer literate, generating reports, general data entry for bookkeeping and record keeping. Quickbooks, CrewTracks, and more, practicing time management.
Must have a professional attitude, strong work ethic, strong attention to details. enthusiasm for learning, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
