Job Overview:
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager & Cleaner to join our team in Grand Lake, CO. This role involves cleaning and maintaining vacation rental properties, handling minor maintenance tasks, and assisting with guest needs as delegated by management. This is a flexible role ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the vacation rental industry or an individual or couple seeking additional income. Will fully train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
-Clean up to 6 vacation rental properties with attention to detail.
-Respond to minor maintenance and guest needs as required. We have 15 properties that may require visits and minor maintenance.
-Collaborate with management, who will handle all guest and owner communication.
-Be available for service calls or on-site visits to properties when needed.
-Maintain flexibility to work holidays and weekends as the job requires.
Compensation and Benefits:
-Flat-rate cleaning fee paid per clean (bi-weekly).
-$25-$65/hour for service calls, errands and on-site visits delegated by management.
-Cell phone stipend provided.
-All job-related supplies covered by the company.

-Ability to work other jobs around your schedule! We get it, mountain living is expensive!
Working Hours:
Cleaning hours are typically between check-out 10 AM - and check-in 4 PM.
Flexible schedule with no standard M-F, 9-5 hours.
Cleaning calendar will be provided in advance and updated weekly.
Estimated 5-15 hours per week, busiest months being July-September.

-Must live full-time in Grand County, CO (preferably Grand Lake or Granby).
-Reliable vehicle required.
