Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter for a 3+ month project on the Eagle Pool Replacement Project in Eagle, CO. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in trim carpentry and capable of delivering top-notch results. While we prefer a local candidate, we are open to travelers who have successfully worked with us in the past. For traveling candidates, we will provide a per diem of $79 per day and housing accommodations. Additionally, there will be a $3/hour wage increase for work conducted in the mountains.
Responsibilities
- Perform precise and detailed trim carpentry work on the Eagle Pool Replacement Project, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Use hand and power tools effectively to complete various carpentry tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately to ensure proper construction and alignment.
- Install doors, cabinetry, moldings, and other trim work with precision and attention to detail.
- Engage in framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry tasks as required by the project scope.
- Conduct general construction tasks, including demolition, installation, and site preparation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of carpentry experience, with a strong focus on trim work and finish carpentry.
- Proficiency in construction, carpentry, and framing techniques.
- Extensive experience with hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and nail guns.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a general contractor is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of commercial construction processes.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Environment
