W Food Group seeks team members for the upcoming season on Block Island. Operating as Dead Eye Dick's, the restaurant is an upscale coastal dining destination focused on creative takes on classic New England dishes. Our seafood comes straight from our on-site fish market, Dick’s Fish & Provisions. We are an independent restaurant and market with a hardworking, positive team that takes pride in what we do. Currently looking for enthusiastic candidates willing to relocate to Block Island for the summer. Come join us, make good money for five months, enjoy the beauty of the island, and be free to move on to your next venture/travels/winter job in the Fall. Positions available in front of house for server and host.
Dormitory style housing is available for full-time employees only.

Open positions:
Host: must be personable and able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Duties include: greeting guests, quoting proper time and running waitlist (1-2 hours long most nights) using waitlist app, seating guest within the 7-8 section restaurant, place orders/process payments for all takeout orders using Toast Point of Sale system. Housing available at competitive weekly rate
Server: Must have previous serving experience and wine/beer/cocktail knowledge. Ability to handle 5-7 table sections, extremely high volume. Must be clean, organized, efficient, friendly and communicative. Housing available at competitive weekly rate
