Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. This role works closely with the General Manager to lead the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure smooth, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily front- and back-of-house operations
Support and supervise staff during service
Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Work to keep morale high during busy and stressful service
Monitor inventory, supplies, and scheduling
Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Assist the General Manager in administrative duties
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality leadership role a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $50,000-60,000, depending upon experience
