Full time maintenance technician for a small apartment community: MUST HAVE a minimum of five (5) years experience in apartment maintenance including repair skills, mechanical abilities, and exterior property maintenance. Must be organized with the ability to prioritize work projects, prepare apartments for re-rental, perform resident work orders as received and in a timely fashion, and oversee outside vendors as necessary. We require a team player to work with on-site Property Manager and/or outside vendors.
