The Administrative Secretary position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Associate.

Specific duties include:

Assisting with the development, justification and tracking of unit operating budget including salary, expense, assets and travel requests.

Tracking and approving invoices.

Maintaining financial records for the unit providing periodic reports including budget to actual.

Performing monthly departmental reconciliation and provides to leadership for review.

Overseeing travel arrangements, authorizations and reimbursements for both in-state and out-of-state travel for Procurement Services personnel.

Maintaining support the office.

Maintaining the office personnel files and preserves their confidentiality.
