Integrated Life Choices (ILC) works with the Department of Health and Human Services to meet the needs of people in the community who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. When it has been determined that someone needs support, the Department of Health and Human Services works alongside one’s guardian to match them with an agency that will be the best fit.
Integrated Life Choices is now accepting applications for both part-time and full-time Respite Provider Sub-Contractors with wages up to 4,000 per month. This position will provide respite and community based support for adults and children with developmental disabilities. They will support individuals in their community as well as, support them in their daily routines.
Requirements:
Applicants MUST be:
Minimum of 19 years of age
Have a High School Diploma or GED, experience a plus but not required
Have a vehicle, posses a valid Driver's License, current car insurance, and the ability to transport people they are supporting
Pass all background checks
