Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Collaboratively works with nurse leaders in maintaining productivity, supporting initiatives and ensuring units/departments are appropriately staffed. Will assist in identifying staff development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.The value you’ll bring to the team:
Daily productivity and expense management and support unit/department manager with budget preparation
Support daily staffing plan matching competency with patient acuity
Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement in alignment with unit/department goals Encourage associate participation in decision through shared governance structure
Develop an understanding around the importance of relationships and support team dynamics by role modeling professional behavior
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Two years clinical RN experience required; ICU experience preferred
One-year clinical leadership preferred
RN License to practice in CO
Basic Life Support Source through the American Heart Association
