Summary:Provides consultative services to assigned areas regarding how
human resources services can support business strategies, priorities, issues,
and needs.Responsibilities:
Works closely withassigned business units/teams to support needs for engagement, employeerecruitment, hiring, compensation, talent/performance management, leadershipdevelopment, and succession planning.
Advises leadership onthe development and implementation of workforce best practices that advance themission, vision, and culture of the organization.
Provides coaching on thehandling of employee relations matters, including managing performance, managingconflict, and addressing retention issues.
Identifies issues ortrends that suggest changes to policies and procedures. Advises on thelatest developments and trends in human resources policy interpretation, laborrelations, regulatory compliance, and federal/state/local law.
Within scope of job,requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to workwith minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, andtake appropriate action. Follows Standard Precautions using personal protectiveequipment as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree inHuman Relations, Business Administration, Organization Development, or relatedfield.
