Customer Service Representative

Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be part of our team. The role is focused on customer service and data entry in a call center environment, and is located in Loveland, Colorado. This is a short-term contract role that offers a chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service Efficiently enter customer data into the company's system Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for various tasks Conduct order entry tasks as required Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Schedule appointments as necessary Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account activity Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role Proficiency in answering inbound calls, providing customer service, and data entry tasks Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Experience with order entry is required Must be able to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM tools is a plus Ability to remain patient and courteous when dealing with difficult situations Must be open to working in shifts, during weekends, and on public holidays if required.
