Responsible for the overall development of technical and editorial content and message portrayed across Oracle's digital channels in execution of the company's digital strategyAssist in the development and implementation of all web content activities to support the development, implementation, functionality and maintenance of company digital efforts. Act as a liaison with management to ensure that production of online and digital content is in support of business strategy. Direct functional resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate mix for the line-of-business or geography. Focus on best practice and continuous improvement in all business and management activities. Ensure consistency between global directions and line-of-business and geography implementation choices. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needsAssists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met.
