Job Title: Regional Safety ManagerJob DescriptionA Regional Construction Safety Manager will be overseeing a team and ensuring safety for the region. Candidates from either a general contractor or subcontractor background are welcome, and concrete experience is a plus. This person is expected to spend a minimum of 70% of their time in the field observing and coaching coworkers and other safety professionals on the correction of unsafe conditions and behaviors. This person will oversee the safety program for the region, which includes Colorado, Arizona, Utah, South Dakota, and Montana. They will oversee 2 Field Safety Managers, 1 Field Safety Representative, and 1 Administrative Assistant.
