Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Operations Analyst supporting Retail Wireless, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic operations, ensuring smooth field escalations and seamless execution of product launches. You'll dive into the exciting world of retail wireless operations, making a tangible impact on our customer satisfaction and retail partner support. We're looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who wants to grow their career with us in helping drive growth and efficiencies in Retail Wireless.Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will:

Support field escalations and operations for product launches and maintenance

Assist in the maintenance and support of pricing-related activities

Collaborate with various teams to gather, document, and improve business processes

Collect and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that present as customer and/or partner pain points to then recommend reasonable solution recommendations

Prepare and present detailed process documentation and findings to stakeholders

Ensure operational processes are regulatory compliant

Skills, Experience and RequirementsAs a successful Business Operations Analyst II, you will have:Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Experience in the retail or wireless industry is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills for collecting and interpreting data to identify solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively between corporate, field teams, and external parties.

Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with project management principles.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to company core values.
