(https://youtu.be/Bevm6F3LfBM) Description of JobThe Vehicle Services Section exists to ensure compliance with the laws that govern the vehicle titling and registration processes as outlined in the Colorado Revised Statute. This program provides guidance and training to the state’s authorized agents, the public, and other entities involved in the title and registration processes. This section is seeking a data oriented individual to join their team as a Vehicle Services Program Coordinator, specifically focusing on supporting two units - the Electronic Vehicle Title and Registration (EVTR) Unit and the Special Mobile Machine (SMM) unit. The purpose of this position is to provide support functions for the EVTR and SMM programs. This support includes a special knowledge of a software/API (Application Programming Interface) system that does not exist elsewhere in the Department. This position will coordinate stakeholder involvement in development and business processes. This position will be responsible for documenting API requirements in conjunction with the EVTR Business Analyst (EVTR BA) and creating resource and training materials for stakeholder distribution. This position will serve as the single point of contact for all support related inquiries, including: data about the program, invoicing and payments, and form management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating and consolidating data & reports
Managing support for both EVTR and SMM programs
Coordinating testing and certification with EVTR API functionality
Troubleshooting API issues (in conjunction with the EVTR BA) and business processes for vendors, and putting together resource materials and presentations for to provide general knowledge and prevent any potential errors
Partnering with EVTR and SMM leadership to make recommendations for potential improvements
Researching requests for review/correction and takes appropriate action.
Maintaining direct line of communication with vendors and other stakeholders of both programs
Creating and communicating vendor invoices to stakeholders
Maintaining Excel forms and Google Sheets with complex formulas
Implementing changes as needed to program resources due to changing business processes and legislative changes.
Writing standard operating procedures for support program
Assisting EVTR Auditing Unit and SMM Unit as needed with data, form, research, or other support needs
This Hybrid position is primarily in work from home (remotely) but may be required to work in the office as determined by the needs of the Division.

Conditions of Employment with the CDOR:
