Essential FunctionsWill plan, execute, and deliver projects through completion for a product or programIndependently manage a range of projects and initiatives, providing structure through the full lifecycleLead a cross functional team consisting of individual contributors and managers who are conceptualizing, rationalizing, and driving multiple simultaneous projectsWork with variety of stakeholders to manage scope, secure support and resources for execution, and deploy processes that improve day-to-day operationsReconcile competing priorities, utilize synergies, align complementary initiatives, and build coalitions among cross-functional partnersWork through challenges, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, and unblock teams for executionWork daily with cross functional teams to gather and communicate project status, progress, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned to all applicable partiesUnderstand and report project impact and fit on overall program development budget        Demonstrates Visa Leadership principlesThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
