We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Front-of-line customer care
Accurately and effectively communicate customer concerns into schedule and repair orders
Organize customer concerns on repair order
Accurately checking in vehicles in a timely manner
Answering a multi-line phone system
Taking and distribution accurate and detailed messages
Assisting in scheduling for multiple technicians and multiple departments
Maintaining the appearance of the office and parts alley
May be required to run errands
Provide support to Service Advisors and Technicians as needed
Requirements:
Be able to learn quickly
Effective communication skills (written and spoken)
Have appropriate phone etiquette
Attentive to details
High level of active listening comprehension skills
Knowledge (even basic) of automotive systems is not necessary, but a plus
Be able to type 50-60 words per minute
