Experience is preferred but not required – we are willing to train.
Responsibilities:
Complete various PHC services, including fertilization and pest management on trees, shrubs, and lawns using spray and injection tools.
Calibrate sprayers and spreaders, perform accurate measurements and mixing fertilizer/pesticide/herbicide products.
Tree/Plant Identification
Examine, diagnose, and treat any pests and/or disease conditions on trees, shrubs, and lawns.
Read an EPA-regulated pesticide label.
Requirements:
Preferred 3 years’ experience performing various PHC services, including fertilization and pest management on trees, shrubs, and lawns using spray and injection tools but willing to train.
Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
Must possess or have the ability and desire to obtain a Certified Operator or Qualified Supervisor Pesticide license with the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
Must be able to work skillfully in all weather conditions.
Must be self-motivated to work independently without continuous supervision or direction.
Must be friendly, personable, and customer-focused.
Must have a great attitude and excellent listening & verbal communication skills.
