Title: Painter

Location: Fort Collins, CO (Onsite)

Direct Hire: Full-time Opportunity

Pay Rate: $22-$29/hour (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Apply a variety of coatings including paint, sealants, and stains to walls, ceilings, floors, furnishings, and fixtures as required.

Prepare surfaces for treatment by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or using heat tools to ensure proper adhesion of materials.

Conduct touch-ups and surface repairs by selecting or adjusting color tones to blend seamlessly with existing finishes.

Keep all tools, equipment, and workspaces clean, safe, and properly maintained in line with company procedures and safety regulations.

Dispose of all materials and chemicals in accordance with environmental and workplace safety guidelines.

Demonstrate sound judgment and the ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience with a range of surface finishing tools and materials, including rollers, brushes, sprayers, and sanding equipment.

Solid understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques.

Ability to identify the right products and methods for various materials and environments.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, durable results.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks with minimal oversight.
