Licensed Spray Technician
Southern Exposure Landscape
Full-time | Year around | $20-$24 per hour
Southern Exposure Landscape has been creating beautiful outdoor spaces for over 25 years. We’re seeking a Licensed Spray Technician to keep our landscapes healthy, vibrant, and weed-free.
Duties:
Apply turf, tree, and ornamental treatments safely and per label directions.
Order/maintain chemical inventory per Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) regulations.
Maintain CDA spray licensing, including continuing education and records retention.
Operate/maintain spray equipment, spreaders, and trucks.
Work with supervisor to create weekly/annual schedules in HindSite software.
Plan ahead daily/weekly to complete work orders efficiently.
Walk properties weekly, report work needs, and help schedule.
Assist with shop/yard upkeep as directed.
Use hand tools; heavy equipment experience a plus.
Maintain organized workspaces and accurate records.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Current Commercial Pesticide Applicator License in Colorado.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; must be insurable.
Safety-focused, cost-aware, organized, and personable.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift 50 lbs.
1+ year turf/landscape/pest control experience preferred.
