Exclusive Territory Representative Wanted for Walls by Design Painting and Decorating
Location: Northern Colorado (Louisville, Boulder, Broomfield, Thornton, Henderson, North to Fort Collins)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to represent Walls by Design in Northern Colorado as an independent agent. As our Exclusive Territory Representative, you will be responsible for marketing our services, estimating projects, and providing top-notch customer service. You will be the face of our company in this region, ensuring that every client receives the best experience possible. Think of this as running your own painting business without the upfront cost or need to know everything about the business.
Responsibilities:
-Market painting and decorating services within the designated territory
-Estimate project costs and provide accurate quotes
-Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
-Collaborate with the Walls by Design team to ensure project success
Compensation:
You would receive a monthly stipend for expenses and a generous commission based on gross profit plus performance bonuses. First 12-month income target: $75,000 with the potential to double in year 2 with no cap on earnings.

Qualifications:
Extensive networking experience, preferably selling similar home services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and money-motivated
Problem solver with a customer-focused mindset
Interior design skills are a plus but not required
Experience selling in-home services/products

Currently, we have been focused on the Denver metro area, but in the last 5 years, we have inched our way further north and currently have ongoing projects and customer referrals in this territory. After considering different options on how to best service this area, we have decided to offer this contract-based Exclusive Territory opportunity. There is no investment required for this, as you will not be buying into a franchise or purchasing the territory. As an independent representative of Walls by Design Painting and Decorating, you will have exclusive rights to the territory assigned leads from corporate as well as having the exclusive right to market and network in your territory, you will set your own hours and manage your own schedule. You will be required to meet performance minimums as well as quality and customer service standards set forth by Walls by Design. This position is best suited for anyone who has considered starting their own business or buying into a franchise but is unable to due to financial restrictions or lack of industry knowledge.
