Job Advertisement: Cabinet & Millwork Design + Sales Position

JEM Cabinet & Millwork Co., Northern Colorado’s premier one-stop shop for all things cabinets and millwork, is seeking an experienced Cabinet Designer/Salesperson to join our growing team. This is a full-time, W2 employee position based in our showroom in Loveland, CO.
Job Responsibilities:
Use 20/20 design program to design and sell high-quality cabinetry.
Handle all residential leads, ensuring timely follow-up, qualification, and appointment scheduling.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire project process, from design through completion.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Order sold items and track the progress of customer orders.
Maintain relationships with customers after project completion.
Attend job-site meetings and conduct space measurements (must have own vehicle).
Answer phone calls, assist walk-in customers, and monitor email accounts for new leads.
Keep sales opportunities organized in the company’s CRM system.
Generate business when needed and assist with the growth of the company.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cabinet designer and salesperson in a similar environment.
Expertise in the 20/20 design program.
Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using your own vehicle for site visits and measuring.
Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
