Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant to the Owner to help support the day-to-day operations and ongoing growth of Blue Springs Construction. This entry-to-mid-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and looking to be part of a growing local business.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with scheduling job sites, meetings, client estimates, and follow-ups
Provide general administrative support (emails, phone calls, filing, organizing
documents)
Help with minor marketing tasks, including event coordination, flyers, and community outreach
Track leads, proposals, and client communication
Light project coordination and assistance with client experience on-site as needed
Maintain a professional, reliable presence as a direct support to the owner
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable with basic technology (Google Workspace, Canva, social media apps)
Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Interest in construction, design, or marketing is a plus
Valid driver's license and access to transportation preferred
Compensation & Perks
$20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
