The ideal candidate will have some material handling and inventory management experience with an interest in growing with an established Fort Collins manufacturing company. Main Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Efficiently move, locate, pull, and count inventory in various locations, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Material Handling: Perform both physical and administrative tasks involved in storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
Transportation: Safely operate a company truck to transport materials as needed.
Stocking and Kitting: Examine, stock, and kit materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
Cycle Counts: Conduct daily cycle counts, post inventory counts, and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Security and Accountability: Maintain the security and accountability of materials and goods through effective inventory control.
Communication: Effectively communicate issues to Planners, Buyers, and other relevant personnel.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to requests and inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in material handling
Proficiency in picking and packing
General labor knowledge
Familiarity with inventory and production processes
Competence in loading and order picking
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues effectively
