At 1PM. Appx 3/4 hours time needed.
Will include bathrooms, walls, floors, dusting, and anything else needed.
$100 for the whole job,
split if more than one person and it takes same amount of time or less.
(Tips if job done well and in time frame.)
bending over and reaching required. Hard work required. Kneeling required. Some athleticism necessary!
The house will be empty of furniture so just cleaning is left.
