This position is for a full time sushi chef/helper.
Must have some knife skills.
Must have attention to detail and be able to execute as instructed.
Duties will include:
-preperations of items for the sushi bar
-cleaning and preparation of fish
-making orders
-general cleaning and maintenance of sushi bar area
