Job Purpose or Summary:

Our mission is to develop and deliver scientific knowledge and innovative technologies to improve sustainable stewardship of natural resources, with a focus on informing public policy and land-management decisions.

Major duties:

  • Building and formulating internal Business Operations SharePoint Site,
  • Collaborating with administrative counterparts to establish standard operating procedures
  • Electronic records management
  • Functional Business Operations SharePoint Site
  • Organization of Business Operations SharePoint Site documents in appropriate locations

Work Environment:

  • Work completed in an office setting.
  • Access to the work site is via Prospect Road in Fort Collins, CO. Parking is on-site and available at no cost.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have experience with SharePoint.
  • Must be able to lift 20lbs.

Government Furnished Resources:

  • Computer, software, and network connection, and working space will be provided
  • Identification cards as necessary for access to government offices

Rate: $23.63 per hour

U.S. Citizenship required.

Chosen applicants will be required to pass pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check.
