Organized & Communicative: Strong communication skills for working with homeowners, subcontractors, and our internal team.
Skilled & Hands-On: Comfortable with tools and completing small projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects, ensuring they stay on time and under budget.
Communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors.
Solve problems proactively to keep work progressing smoothly.
Perform small hands-on tasks as needed.
Manage project schedules, materials, and site organization.
Qualifications:
Some experience in construction or project management preferred.
Ability to work well with tools and assist with minor tasks.
Excellent decision-making and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong work ethic.
