Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in the liquor store industry, located in Evergreen, Colorado. Responsibilities: Develop and implement an employee handbook Handle employee relations issues and manage compliance with labor laws Oversee the hiring processes to ensure best practices Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian for HR management Ensure accurate communication of benefit functions to employees Manage the use of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient HR operations Leverage HCM for effective human capital management Ensure ADP - Financial Services are utilized for efficient HR operations.
