This is a temporary, full-time role (3-4 months in length). Hybrid work arrangement - 2 days in-office required and remote. Based out of our Englewood, CO location. Talent Advisor/Recruiter JOB SUMMARY: Join our team as a Corporate Recruiter/Talent Advisor and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. As a trusted partner to business leaders and hiring managers, you'll collaborate closely to understand our hiring needs and drive recruitment efforts. Here's what you'll be doing: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with business leaders and hiring managers to identify and address recruitment needs, serving as a valued adviser on talent acquisition strategies.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to engage with passive candidates across diverse social media platforms and employee referrals, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume and application reviews and phone screenings, to assess candidate qualifications for various roles. You may also coordinate background checks post-offer acceptance.

Interview and Selection Management: Take charge of the end-to-end candidate experience, managing the interview process, extending offers, and facilitating seamless onboarding for new hires throughout the organization.

Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, collaborating with educational institutions, military organizations, and other sources to attract experienced talent, with a keen focus on diversity initiatives. This may involve representing the company at recruitment events and job fairs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

2-4 years prior recruiting experience in full life cycle and high-volume environment

Strong proficiency with Workday (HRIS)

Mortage and/or Homebuilding experience preferred

Strong communication and interviewing skills

Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems

Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Professionalism, organization and interpersonal skills

Position is located in Englewood, CO south of Denver.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 annually dependent upon experience.
