Bilingual Supervisor/Client Intake
Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Position requires to manage filed supervisions and team of field employees by providing constant feedback and communicating all with the office team
Some primary day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited:
Managing the daily workflow creating schedules, calling clients answering phones
Supervise clients and work performance of their employees
Ensuring deadlines and performance standards are met
Intake and onboarding new clients to make sure they understand their rights and company standards
Filing and reporting performance records and evaluations to senior management
Requires valid driver license
Will require driving to clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
-High school diploma or equivalent Required
-English/Spanish fluency Required
-Current references Required
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Knowledge in a home care industry preferred but not required (Will train the right individual)
-Ability to learn company policies
-Time management and organizational skills
-Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality
-Computer skills (Adobe/Excel etc.) Required
- Work Monday through Friday 8-5 pm or 9-6 pm Required
