JOB TYPE:
No cold calling – these are customers who are ready for service.
This full-time Tuesday through Saturday position is a 40-hour work week (hours to be determined and are subject to change).
Flexibility with hours.
Overtime may be offered.
Attendance and punctuality are crucial.
Office attire is casual.

Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and through email.
Ability to multitask, an active listener, coachable and quick learner.
Basic computer skills.
Typing speed and accuracy along with attention to detail is necessary. A typing and spelling test will be included as part of the interview process.
