At Shock Rehab, we specialize in high-performance off-road suspension systems, shock rebuilds, and custom 4x4 upgrades. We deliver top-tier service and craftsmanship to our customers—whether they’re chasing desert trails, rock crawling, or just building a capable daily driver. We’re currently seeking a Shock Service Technician. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and have a love for all things off-road, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
Remove and reinstall shocks from customer's vehicles.
Install new suspension and shocks on customer's vehicles.
Inspect, disassemble, clean, and rebuild shocks (coilovers, bypass, air shocks, OEM, etc.)
Diagnose wear and damage: seals, shafts, bushings, fluids, nitrogen levels
Refill shocks with correct oil and charge with nitrogen to spec
Maintain accurate service records and customer job sheets
Organize and manage inventory of shock components and tools
Communicate with service advisors and other techs to ensure high-quality results
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Mechanical experience in automotive or motorsports (suspension-specific preferred)
Basic understanding of how shocks and dampers function
Comfortable working with hand tools, presses, and pneumatic equipment
Attention to detail, especially with measurements and tolerances
Self-motivated and able to manage your workflow efficiently
Willingness to learn—training will be provided for the right candidate
Bonus: experience with King, ICON, Bilstein, ADS, or similar suspension brands
