Starting pay: $22.50/hr, no experience needed
Experienced installers and leads: Competitive pay based on skills and experience
Full-time: 40 hours per week, weather dependent

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assemble and install racking systems, solar panels, wire management, and conduit
Work on innovative rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems
Follow strict safety procedures while working in a variety of weather conditions
Use power tools confidently and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
Team players who value quality and safety
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Construction or solar experience is a big plus
Technical training in solar or construction gives you an edge
