We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. This position is for an experienced professional who can deliver exceptional craftsmanship on high-end projects. As a finish carpenter, you will be responsible for detailed and precise work, including intricate trim, molding, cabinetry, and other fine woodwork. Key Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of finish carpentry work, including:
Installing custom trim, molding, and baseboards.
Fabricating and installing cabinetry, shelving, and other woodwork.
Hanging doors and fitting hardware.
Completing detailed wood finishes and repairs.
Accurately read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
Work with precision to create flawless results that meet high-quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Travel long distances to job sites as required.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in finish carpentry, specializing in detailed and custom work.
Tools: Must have your own complete set of finish carpentry tools to handle a variety of projects.
Vehicle: Must have a reliable working vehicle capable of transporting tools and small materials to job sites.
Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Proficient in using all necessary tools and equipment for finish carpentry.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job.
Experience working on custom and high-end residential or commercial projects.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift and handle heavy materials, stand or kneel for extended periods, and work in various environments.
Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay: $35–$40 per hour (based on experience).
Full benefits package available after 90 days of employment.
