Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Installation Assistant to support our Lead Installer on a wide range of vehicle projects. This is an entry-level position with significant opportunity for growth into a Lead Installer role for candidates who demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Lead Installer in installing lift kits and suspension upgrades
Support the installation of bumpers, winches, ladders, roof racks, solar panels, and lighting systems
Learn and develop technical skills related to vehicle modifications and upgrades
Run errands as needed to support project completion and shop operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all shop procedures and safety guidelines
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn
Prior experience in automotive or mechanical work is a plus but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in a shop setting
