DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll assist in a variety of tree care tasks, including:
Climbing, pruning, removals, planting, and groundwork
Operating and maintaining chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment
Driving and dumping company vehicles (valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus)
Promoting a culture of safety and assisting with work zone setup
Supporting fellow crew members on the ground and in the trees
Demonstrating safe and effective work practices at all times
Climbers: Extra Credit for Experience
If you're an experienced tree climber, we’re especially excited to meet you. Bonus qualifications include:
Proficiency with rope & saddle, knots, and aerial saw operation
Familiarity with gear maintenance and tree ID in Colorado
Understanding of ANSI standards
ISA Certification is a plus (not required)

We take safety seriously—for you, your crew, and the community. Solid judgment, common sense, and a commitment to safe practices are a must. Final candidates will be subject to a background check following an offer of employment.
