Need experienced trim carpenter

Looking for an experienced interior trim carpenter to work as a 2nd in command and crew lead. Sometime we will work together along with labor in the same house and some days you will be expected to lead the crew on your own. Will also do cabinets and some rough frame on occasion. This is a subcontract position and thus work cannot be guaranteed daily Although we are pretty busy right now and looking to take on more sites
