The Superintendents role is crucial in overseeing crews and managing projects on site.
Meridiam Partners has a need for an above ground superintendent and a below ground Mining Superintendent.
The Superintendent is responsible for all scheduling, safety, staying in compliance with environmental regulations, on schedule, within budget through the end of the project.
Functions include; Project planning, Coordination of all on site activities, leading the construction team, manage efficient labor, budgets and cost controls.
Must have clear team communication, problem solving, record keeping and client relationship skills.
Meridiam Partners generally works under MSHA rules and regulations. MSHA certification is required for these positions, but if you do not have it, do not worry, we do have an inside house certified trainer for this need.

This position qualifies for a superintendent's company vehicle, you must have a qualified driver's license. Meridiam Partners pays for all fuel used in company use.
This position qualifies for a company credit card, receipts must be kept and reconciled on a monthly expense account.
This position also has the ability to be out of town. You must be willing to travel. This position pays a daily per diem for days worked out of town. (Example $125.00 - $175.00 a day for 21 days a month.) We currently have projects in town and out of town. Out of town is considered further than 75 miles from the Meridiam Partners office here in Denver.
