Master, Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber needed

Mount Mechanical is currently looking for a qualified Journeyman Plumber with a current Colorado Journeyman's license. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a commercial building setting. Candidates must have reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, drug screen and the ability to lift over 50 pounds.

Master/Journeyman/Apprentice Plumber (Required)

Driver's License (Required)

US work authorization (Required)

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Backflow Certification (Preferred)

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Plumbing experience in commercial construction and service repairs.

Qualified candidates must have the ability to plan, layout and install all drain systems, domestic water systems, natural gas systems, install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, kitchen equipment &

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains and repairs general plumbing components to include toilets, urinals, faucets, hose bibs, drains, shower valves, cartridges etc.

Installs, repairs, or replaces domestic hot and cold-water lines.

Repairs and replaces steam to hot water exchangers for major building heating systems and pools.

Repair and replaces domestic and heating boilers

Repair and replaces chillers and cooling towers

Repairs and replaces pneumatic steam valves, radiator valves, traps, and steam and condensate pipes.

Repairs and replaces domestic hot water heat pumps, chilled water pumps, sump pumps, and sewage pumps.

Installs, tests, and repairs all sizes of backflow prevention devices.

Estimates materials, labor, and equipment costs

Leads troubleshooting efforts and repairs steam, water, and gas distribution systems.

Performs preventative maintenance, maintenance and repair work on all plumbing systems and fixtures in

accordance to agency or department standards and code requirements

Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.

Specializes in the coordinates and execution of complex plumbing projects

Interprets and applies mechanical and structural blueprints to plan plumbing repairs and modifications.
