We are a local property management and maintenance company. We manage over 700 properties from Boulder to Colorado Springs. We are looking for someone to add to our maintenance division. An ideal candidate will possess the minimum below:
1. Must be very knowledgeable about sprinklers and sprinkler systems.
2. Please list other skills, but looking for a well rounded technician that is familiar with: plumbing, electrical, floor, paint, drywalletc.
2. Be able to work well with others.
3. Have transportation to and from work locations.
