Lead Carpenter/Job Site Manager Needed

We're a custom remodel firm looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team. Most of our work is outdoors—think decks, patio covers, and the occasional interior remodel. We stay busy all year long, and if you're dependable and ready to grow, there’s real opportunity here.

What We Offer:

Laid-back environment: We keep it professional but relaxed—music on, good vibes, and fresh air daily.

Consistent work: Year-round projects with a Monday–Thursday schedule (10-hour days). Occasional Fridays for overtime or weather-related make-up days.

Pay & benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit. Starting wage typically $26-28.50/hr + DOE. Long-term team members receive healthcare benefits, bonuses, and paid holidays.

Who We're Looking For:

Experienced Carpenters with a minimum of 3 years experience with framing, decking, or similar structural work. A wide range of carpentry skills will be utilized.

Must have your own tool bags. Major tools will be provided by the company

Comfortable with heights and heavy lifting—work includes ladders and being 20'+ in the air occasionally.

Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.

Must be able to read blueprints, interpret build, and scope of work - be able to have a working knowledge of the plans during the build and build to specifications

Knowledge of codes and regulations relevant to project

Ability to skillfully construct all projects with minimal supervision, but asks questions when needed

Knowledge of all materials and tools required for each phase of construction

Must be able to manage employees/helpers to keep on task and all are working in a safe manner

Excellent communication skills between all parties involved; homeowner, subcontractors, managers, apprentices

Must be able to keep to a project timeline and communicate any delays or changes needed to the schedule

Ability to troubleshoot and present workable solutions

Ability to take direction/instructions given by Project Manager when needed

Positive workplace attitude is a must

Ability to de-escalate all situations and calmly work through adverse situations

We will be on site to detail our methods and confirm questions throughout the projects. A probationary time period of working with another crew lead will be required until all skills and knowledge are verified and our system is learned. Mindset and a good attitude, even on hard days, is the key to a positive and laid back work environment and makes all the difference for our crews.

Job Sites: Primarily South Metro, but we work all over the area.

Important Notes: This is a W-2 employee position so if you owe money for child support, taxes, tickets they will find you and garnish your wages.
