K&A Construction, LLC, a residential/commercial construction company, is looking for a carpenter/journeyman for long-term, full-time employment. As a company we specialize in residential and commercial wood framing.
Company Pay and Benefits for Ideal Carpenter:
Pay for a carpenter varies between $29-$35 per hour. Depending on work experience, capabilities, and management experience.
Accrual of sick time
5 paid vacation days after 12 months employment
10 unpaid vacation days
Opportunities for project bonuses.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Experience in carpentry. Specifics including: interior framing, siding, exterior framing, and metal framing for both residential and commercial.
Proficient in reading blueprints
Ability to effectively manage and lead small crews (3-15)
Professional attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2-3 years of recent experience required.
Basic computer and phone skills
Valid driver’s license with reliable personal vehicle
Residing within Denver Metro.
Must be able to manage projects such as residential home frames, or small to mid sized commercial wood frames.
